Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage destination information queries for Tripsbank.
  • Interacting with travelers on Tripsbank to advise/assist and inspire them on planning international trips.
  • Selling travel packages to customers through voice and messaging platforms.
  • Work with destination expert team to meet deliverables and conversion targets.
  • Gather requirements and help build processes to increase the ease with which customers plan their trips on Tripsbank.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills(verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus.
  • Proactive. Doesn't wait to be asked.
  • Strong knowledge of atleast 1 international destination.
  • Previous experience of working with Travel Agent/Agency/OTA is an advantage.
  • Selling outbound packages for international destination is an advantage.
  • Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
