Dental Surgeon/ Agriculture Officer Jobs recruitment in Tripura Public Service Commission (Tripura PSC)
Dental Surgeon
No. of Posts : 34 (thirty-four) (SC-S, 57-10 & UR-19)
Qualification : A recognized Dental qualification Included In Part-1 & III of the Schedule of the Dentist Act,1948, as appended to this schedule.
Preferable : (I) Recognized post-graduate degree as appended to this schedule. (II) Working knowledge of Bengali.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100/- P8-4 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-
Agriculture Officer
No. of Posts : 50 [SC-09, ST-27 (PH-02, 01 for Hearing impairment & 01 for Loco motor disability or Cerebral Palsy) & UR-14(PH-02, 01 for Hearing impairment & 01 for Loco motor disability or Cerebral Palsy)]
Qualification : A Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable : (I) Knowledge of Agro climatic condition of Tripura. (ii) Knowledge of Bengali.
Scale of Pay : Rs.10,230-34,800/- PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/-.
Age Limit : Up to 40 years as on 30.07.2016.
Rate of Recruitment Fees
(i) Group-A Posts: - Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(ii) Group-B Posts:- Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(iii) Group-C Posts:- Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs.50/-(Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(iv) SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.

Tripura Public Service Commission was first incorporated under Article 96C of the Government of India Act,1919. Thereafter in 1923 ‘Lee Commission’ was constituted for the purpose of formulating the principles/terms and conditions of Public Service Commission. Subsequently,as per recommendations of the ‘Lee Commission’ Federal Public Service Commission was established in India for the first time, on 1st October, 1926.
