About The Role

The UI Designer will work within the UI/ UX team, in both production work and ideation from the UI lens - designing and delivering Visual Designs for TATA Digital. UX Experience is not mandatory however knowledge of it is a must - the designer may be required to think from both point of views in order to excel.

Requirements

A strong user interface or visual design experience in designing web and mobile solutions, marketing campaigns, emailers and social media collaterals.
An eye for detail and obsession for pixel perfect design with an in-depth understanding of basic elements of design including typography, colour, layout and balance.
Ability to conceptualise original ideas and bring them to reality in the form of illustrations, icons and graphics that are crisp and visually engaging.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
Collaborate with all the teams to ensure a consistent brand perception.
A positive and open-minded attitude with strong self-management skills and ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
Comprehensive experience and knowledge in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch.

Nice To Have

Experience with prototyping tools like Invision, Marvel or Principle.
Motion graphics experience for the Web and video. (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools)
