What You'll Do

Make design decisions based on good judgement, experience, research, and data
Make a real impact at scale through new product launches and interface improvements that affect billions of our customers every day
Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies - to develop engaging interfaces
Review test plans and cases with developers and product owner
Execute visually - using techniques like storyboards, sketching and producing mock-ups and comps - to communicate visual layouts and interaction design concepts
Regularly present your work to stakeholders for review and feedback

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI Designing
Strong understanding of UI best practices
Experience in creating style guides
Deep understanding of design principles, processes, and industry trends
Stellar visual skills (attention to detail, ability to visually articulate our brand, build new, reusable patterns)
Expert communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present your work - you must be articulate and be able to clearly explain your design rationale
Ability to take abstract concepts and create low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes using Balsamiq, Invison, UXPin or Adobe XD
