We are currently hiring for Lead / Sr.UI Developer role to be based at our Ahmedabad office with below experience;
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress
- Good creative contributions as to latest best practices in mobile and web user experience.
- Experience with website design for multiple platforms.
- Experience in user interaction and user interface design.
- Solid understanding of web security.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with external API's.
- Ability to construct support documentation
Job Description:
Contributing to “scope of build” conversations with marketing team, project managers, designers and other developers
- Integrating sliced PSD files (usually already converted to HTML/CSS) into either WordPress or some other proven open source system many of our builds are responsive
- Developing custom web applications that drive business processes
- Collaborating with design, strategy and sales & marketing teams to find solutions for website projects
- Contributing to support of current websites
- Participating in regular team meetings
- Growing personal and team member expertise through training, exploring and prospecting
- If you have proven leadership experience, then additional responsibilities would include:
TEAM LEADERSHIP: You will be responsible for the day-to-day project/team management. Working with the remote project manager you will allocate and prioritize tasks for the projects in development within the studio.
TEAM MENTORSHIP: You will be expected to mentor and assist your team members where needed to remove roadblocks in development. You will also be expected to recommend training requirements for your team members to target improvements in your team’s ability to deliver.
