Qualification: Any Bachelor’s
Location: Chennai
Time: 05.00 PM IST to 02.00 AM IST / 07.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST
Primary Skills:
• Hands-on experience with End-End IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of US geography and IT market
• Good understanding of IT Concepts and technologies
• Should have solid experience in using various job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc..
• Strong knowledge of the Various Visa types in the USA
• Adept in various Tax Terms in the USA (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Strong experience in Sourcing, Screening and Appropriate follow-ups with the candidates and ability to maintain good hold with them
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to create / Maintain a pool of potential talents
• Ability to maintain a Database/ Tracker with the potential candidates
• Excellent communication skills
