Understand strategic concepts, identify potential scenarios and create tactical product solutions
Analyze business requirements, customer needs / behaviours and translate them into rich user interfaces
Keep track of the latest trends / best practices in design and user interface processes
Build visual story boards, simplistic user flows, wireframes and visual mockups
Optimize design for maximum speed, extensibility and scalability
Evaluate technical feasibility and bridge the gap between design and implementation
Effectively address product usability issues / bottlenecks based on internal and external feedbacks
Translate design wireframes into actual code in a responsive environment
Build reusable codes and UI library style guide for future use
Set priorities, manage scope and ensure timely delivery
Desired Profile
2-6 years of experience in User Interface Designing (Preferably in Ecom / On-Demand industry)
Proven track record of designing user-centered UX specifications and pixel-perfect UI designs
Deep understanding of the latest graphic designs, trends, practices and processes
Creative with strong designing and visualizing capabilities
Proficiency in Responsive Web Design (Bootstrap), cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Basic understanding of how back-end development works and SEO principles
Analytical skills to understand and utilize relevant metrics
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent relationship management skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills : Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JS and Wire-framing tools.
