Cubereum (brand name PayO) is a neo banking platform that can be used seamlessly by businesses of all sizes. We have a special focus on SMEs in India. We are building a collaborative universe of buyers and suppliers over a connected network of banks to make business banking truly automated and highly efficient. PayO partners with all major banks in India to offer a one-stop solution to businesses of all sizes. With a PayO's account, a business could achieve complete automation in payables, receivables, and banking transactions. Business owners can send and receive e-payments and auto-reconcile their transactions in seconds to truly experience the next generation of business banking. Not just that-with our smart algorithm, business owners can send auto-reminders for their collections, track their incoming payments, and get paid 3X faster from customers.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the product team to produce high-quality designs which include UI wireframes, mock-ups, low and high fidelity wireframes, storyboards, design briefs, and create visual language guidelines, all with pixel-perfect detailing and attention to detail
2. Work on collaborating with the marketing team to create social media posts, presentations, infographics, printing materials, newsletters, etc.
3. Work on contributing to building elevated customer journeys and product experiences across desktop and mobile
4. Research and ideate to create designs that connect with the user demographics

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 16th Aug'20 and 20th Sep'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Must have product thought and high-level conceptual thinking about product and user problems

2. Must have a very high degree of focus on the customer (the UX designers will be expected to be the voice of the customer in the room, and the source of nuanced insights about them)

3. Must have the ability to articulate and defend design choices in a compelling manner using research/data

4. Must have a solid understanding of prevailing trends in visual and interaction design

5. Must have a track record of delivering slick and intuitive designs

6. Must have proficiency in Figma/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/any other tool that helps you churn out a great design
