About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with other researchers to design and execute studies using the right methodology for the right questions
2. Interpret and analyze data leading to insights
3. Abstract and develop personas and usage scenarios
4. Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the user experience
5. Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways to create empathy with different cross-functional teams

Other requirements
1. Candidates who have done their bachelors/masters in human behaviour and related fields such as design, media studies, psychology and sociology will be preferred
2. Must have knowledge of qualitative research methods
3. Must have prior experience of conducting research for professional/personal/academic projects
4. Must have the ability to work in a fast-moving organization
