1. Experience as a user experience designer
2. Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes as well as clear documentation
3. Experience creating data visualizations
4. Strong understanding of UX design and principles
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
6. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools
7. Ability to work within an established style while striving to raise the quality bar within the set style
8. Must be able to set project deadlines and deliver on time
9. Must be able to give and receive feedback gracefully
10. Must demonstrate UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio
11. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
14. Should have a broad knowledge of current computer technologies and applications
15. Should have enthusiasm and optimism combined with great listening and communication skills
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
