- Work with loose guidelines and deliver amazing results in a short amount of time.
- Bring our story to life with beautiful visuals that fully convey our brand and mission.
- Regularly brainstorm and ideate with the team.
- Initiate and establish creative concepts that will drive engagement and conversion.
Required design skills :
- 0 -2 years of professional experience
- Expert at Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of composition, colour, imagery, and typography as it relates to marketing and design
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice throughout designs
- Experience in selecting photos for branding and influence; ability to enhance and edit photos accordingly
- Capable of designing visualizations that effectively convey the data while retaining a strong aesthetic
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (optional)

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail
- Capacity to manage and track projects from concept to production; an organized individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sense for gaining cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals
- An insatiable desire to challenge oneself and a restless, creative mind
- Self-starter, motivated to solve problems and deliver creative solutions
