We are hiring for UI/UX Designer for our Organization.

Location-Hyderabad.

Job Type- Full Time

• The UI/UX Designer must be flexible enough to design a website or app from scratch or to enhance an existing brand, website, or app, while incorporating modern style guides. 
• This position will involve communicating the design with an offshore team in the United States and the technical team in India, thus, efficient communication skills are necessary. 
• The candidate must be willing to apply changes based on constructive feedback, come up with new and innovative ideas, and work effectively with a team.
  

• Collaborate with management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience for new and existing features and rebrands.
  
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to team and management.
  
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media Arts & Design, or related field preferred but not required; We also accept demonstrated experience in the design field.
  
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in UI Design or related field.
  
• Knowledge of design for Bootstrap.
  
• Knowledge of latest iOS Human Interface guidelines and Material guidelines.
  
• High proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  
• Able to properly source imagery and follow clearly defined brand guidelines when applicable.
  
• Able to handle multiple high priority projects and work under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to take direction while offering strong initiative.
  
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  
• Html and CSS skills are a plus, but not required.
  
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle is preferred.
  
• Must have a strong portfolio of previous work presented during the interview (emailed, shown on the web, or carried via flash drive)
