UI UX Designer
Experience Required: 2+ years
Location: Mumbai, IN
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Mech/Design Engineering or any design related fields.
- 2+ years’ experience of working in the field of Design.
- Worked on least 5 projects related to application UI UX design with the proven and independent contribution to the project.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional thought process to conceptualize a brief and convert it into an awesome experience.
- An eye for detailing, aesthetics, color, and typography.
- Concept research, usability & trend study, persona study, and mapping.
- IT and CAD/Graphics Software knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate and convince, how the user experience will impact the overall product experience.
- Have proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or a wireframing tool like Balsamiq or OmniGraffle.
- This isn't a coding role, but we'd expect a familiarly with C, C++, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jquery, etc.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Roles & Responsibility:
- From a brief, produce concept layouts and develop these concepts based on feedback.
- Finish designs to a highly-detailed, professional level.
- Create wireframe specifications (complete with notation) for developers to implement.
- Construct prototypes, workflows, wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction design.
- Deliver a complete user interface to the UI development team, including visualization and graphic design
- Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation and work through any problems encountered.
- Conduct usability testing and factor results into the next iteration of UI design.
