Voice Process
Minimum 1 yr experience in international Travel process
Handling inbound calls & converting them into a sales call.
Continuous Follow up with the customers
GDS experience is a must.
Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
Travel Domain Exp. is mandatory

Desired Profile

Minimum experience of 1 year in Travel sector with working knowledge of any of the GDS( Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre,Worldspan)
Excellent communication skills.
He/she should have knowledge of world geography.
Candidate should be from travel background with minimum of 6 months of exp in voice profile
Should be able to articulate with good customer service/ Sales skills.
Should be okay with UK shifts.
Should be okay with voice profile

Travel Domain Exp. is mandatory.
