Minimum Academic Qualification:
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Public policy, or related social science field from premier universities/ institutes
• Additional Qualification in IT and related fields like Programming languages, Database, Mobile Applications etc. in software development domain is optional.
Minimum years of relevant Work experience:
Minimum 15 years of industry/ professional experience in leading or managing projects at national or state level, experience in international projects will be an advantage
Have driven transformation in large projects from Private/ Government sector.
Expert in defining, designing & implementing large/ long term strategical projects at national/ state level that has created impact for upcoming 3~5 years.
Relevant experience in Government projects, schemes, policies, and their impact at implementation level – minimum 2 projects
Relevant experience in process re-engineering and technology automation of process/ services for B2B, B2C, G2G, G2C etc. relations at national/ state level in private or govt sector – minimum 3 projects
Understanding of United Nations 17 SDGs and their impact, process to achieve goals. Relevant experience in implementing SDG specific projects at State/ National level.
Required Language(s):Fluency in written and oral English and Hindi.
