Individual Consultant – Cluster Coordinator-Organic Farming (1 Posts)

Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Undergraduate (4 years course) in Agri Science, Forestry, B.sc in Horticulture, Diploma in Agriculture and Allied Sciences and relevant field.
Experience:
1+ years in a livelihood development project responsible for promotion of organic production systems and allied activities-based livelihoods.
Experience of roll-out of PG’s or third-party certification would be preferred
Experience of working with community and community mobilization for livelihoods interventions
Experience in executing training and capacity building programs at the field level with community resource persons and community.
Individual Consultant – State Project Manager-Non-Farm Livelihood
Required Skills and Experience
Fulltime Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma (2 Yrs) in Financial / Rural Development / Marketing / Statistics / Development Studies / Economics or equivalent discipline Experience:
Experience:
At least 10+ years of experience (after graduation) of working in non-farm livelihoods sector like micro-enterprises development, Collectives and Producer Enterprise Companies or in the micro and medium scale sector in business leadership /management role
Experience of providing business advisory services, supply chain, developing forward and backward linkages for businesses in the non-farm livelihoods sector
Product standardization procedures and registration process know how of enterprises in all non-farm livelihood sectors
Experience of managing /starting business and managing them for growth and profitability will be given preference
Demonstrable experience of project management and team management ensuring the delivery of high-quality program
Should have managed a team of at least 10 membersLocation: Bangalore
Individual Consultant – Block Coordinator-Organic Farming (1 posts)
Required Skills and Experience
PG in Rural Development/Rural Management/social sciences/ Agriculture Sciences, forestry and relevant field.
Experience:
1-2 years in a livelihood development project responsible for promotion of organic production systems and allied activities-based livelihoods
Should have handled procurement / marketing / supply chain for organic agricultural produce
Experience of roll-out of PGS or third-party certification with at least 100 farmers.
Experience in setting up systems and processes to roll-out organic farming
Demonstrable experience of project management, ensuring the delivery of high quality programmes as well as managing internal learning processes across virtual teams
Managed a team of at least 5 field staffLocation: Uttar Kannada, Karnataka
Individual Consultant – Block Technical Coordinator-Forward Linkage (1 Posts)
Qualifications:
Postgraduate in Rural Development/Rural Management/social sciences/ MSW (Community Development) or UG (4 years course) in Agri Science, Forestry, and relevant fields.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience of procurement and marketing of specific agri commodity in large scale, experience in managing agriculture commodity supply chain in companies engaged in agribusiness
P&L handling experience for an area / product line within an agri- commodity focused corporate environment.
Experience in procurement / marketing of agriculture commodities.
Experience of setting up field level procurement centers
Proven experience of leading professional staff and builds their initiative and enables them to function as members of efficient and effective teams
Demonstrable experience of project management, ensuring the delivery of high quality programmes as well as managing internal learning processes across virtual teams
Managed a team of at least 5 field staff.Location: Gadag, Karnataka
