Job Responsibility:

• To build & nurture long term relationships with clients
• To identify & associate appropriate experts for various proposals
• To lead his/her team for developing winning proposals
• To explore & identify new avenues for growth and expansion
• Involves travelling to various states all over India as per need

Eligibility:

• PG in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences / Management
• Computer savvy with good command over English
• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
• Integrity to work long and odd hours to meet proposal submission deadlines
• Should be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with
• efficiency, accuracy and professionalism under tight deadlines

Remuneration:

According to the competence level, as adjudged by the Selection Committee –

• Competence Level-3 : Rs. 9 lakhs per annum
• Competence Level-4 : Rs. 12 lakhs per annum

Research Analysts

Relevant Sectors: Research, Public Health, Women & Child Development, Education, Rural Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment

Job Responsibility:

• To develop research proposals in response to tenders 
• To develop grant proposals for socio-economic researches 
• To conduct data analysis and write research reports

Eligibility: 

• PhD / M Phil / PG in Social Sciences / Public Health / Management 
• Computer savvy with excellent command over Written English 
• Research experience demonstrated through reports / publications

Remuneration: 

According to the competence level, as adjudged by the Selection Committee

• Competence Level-2 : Rs. 6 lakhs per annum
• Competence Level-3 : Rs. 9 lakhs per annum

• Create engaging content for the CVs of our experts to highlight their relevant expertise & experiences for the assignment being bidding for
• Create appealing content for our organization profile to highlight our relevant expertise and experiences for the specific assignment
• Develop innovative contents for our website brochures and other print materials

Eligibility:

• Excellent command over Written English, both in terms of language and grammar
• Computer savvy with a flair for creative writing
• PG in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences / Management
• Integrity to work long and odd hours to meet proposal submission deadlines
• Should be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism under tight deadlines

Remuneration:

According to the competence level, as adjudged by the Selection Committee

• Competence Level-1 : Rs. 30,000 per month
• Competence Level-2 : Rs. 50,000 per month
