Opening of Unit Manager For India's Largest Private Life Insurance Company

Location:- Delhi/NCR
This is a sales role whose main responsibility is to develop and manage a team of agents who will be responsible for selling the life insurance policies of India's largest private life insurance company to new and existing clients.
The job will require you to recruit agents, help them in generating leads and then converting those leads into sales.

Some of the key activities will be:

Manage the recruitment of agents.
Manage the agents by motivating, training & guidance to achieve the targets.
Handling performance reviews of the agents and working out measures for improving their productivity.
Defining and allocating them targets.
Reviewing performance of each agent. Giving them regular feedbacks.
Generating business by giving high turnover and volume to the company.
Enhance business activity and try to get good number of clients.
Developed and maintained good relation with the customers understood their needs and advised them to buy the specific product as per their needs.
Studied and analyzed market reports and trend and kept abreast of competitors' pricing etc and made the strategy accordingly.
Created and maintained customers' data base and also maintained MIS based on market information.
Established and maintained good customer relationship and maintained coordination of the clients and top management of the company.
Responsible for Branch Revenue
Review client's portfolio for all updates.
Business planning and client database maintenance.
Responsible for each agent revenue
Recruitment of agents
Responsible for agents Training and development
Candidate should be comfortable for any location
Candidate should be comfortable for field sales.
