Qualifications : 1) The candidate should possess the adequate
knowledge of English & Gujarati language. 2) A Master’s degree (Civil) with
at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point
scale.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil
Engineering (Teaching and or Field work) out of which minimum 3 years of
experience of field work is desirable. From the above minimum 5 years of
experience of working in Government or Government Aided Institution is must. Knowledge
of special repairs and ordinary repairs to Building, Landscape, Water supply,
R.C.C. and Bituminous Road, Drainage, Storm water and Electric maintenance. Knowledge of Estimating, Costing, Rate
Analysis, Study of Architectural and Structural drawings, supervision of works,
recording M.B., drafting detailed specifications of item of works and knowledge
of related works is essential. Knowledge of Pumps, Motors, Starters, Air
conditioners, D.G. set, Retrofitting, Maintenance to Heritage structures and
drilling bores is essential. Knowledge of Green Building, LEED-India, P.P.M.
Software, Estimation and Quantity software will be added advantage. Knowledge
of preparing Project reports and correspondence required for various subject matters
will be added advantage. Experience of working in Government \ Semi Government
\ Government aided Organizations is desirable.
Pay Bands + Grade Pay
(As per 7th Pay) : Rs.67700 - 208700 (Matrix Level-11, Minimum
Pay Rs. 67700 as per Pay Matrix)
Age Limit : Age should not be more than 40 years on the
last date of Application.
