For Science : A minimum of 55% marks in M.Sc. in Physics (Solid / State/Electronics Special)
For Engineering : 1st class B.E/B.Tech degree
Desirable : GATE /NET-JRF qualified. Candidate with previous experience with magnetization measurement and X-ray powder diffraction studies may get preference.
Fellowship : Rs 14,000/- pm +10% HRA
