Job Description
As a Web developer, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills by working along with the team on strategy, ideas, and concepts. You'll be expected to play a major role in the discussions and thought the process that would allow us to decide how our websites and web applications should function. You will be responsible for developing web applications using latest cutting edge libraries/technologies to develop and revamp the existing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent needs to maintain and build CMS platforms (mainly Wordpress).
- Converting SQL data to various formats
- Troubleshoot, test & maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimization & functionality
- Developing new functionalities for both new and existing web applications
- Developing the Information Architecture.
- Ability to build WordPress Websites/Themes
- Knowledge and practice of good and secure coding practices as per standards
- Programming both the UI as well as the concerned back-end system
Desired Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of WordPress and its eco system.
- Strong skills in PHP, Java SE, JavaEE and JavaScript
- Ability to write programs in Java and JavaEE as required
- Experience in UI/Web Backend programming
- Deep adherence to design patterns and best practices
- Ability to translate complex applications into simple, beautiful user experiences using web programming knowledge
- Education- Bachelors Degree
