Job Description
- EXPERIENCE : 06 Month - 4 years
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate/Under Graduate (Non-Technical /Technical)
- PROCESS : US/Inbound Process
- No of Position : 10 (7 Sales agent and 3 tech)
- Salary Slab: 15000 to 45000 per month(depend on experience and skills)
- Plus target based incentive.
- Handling Inbound International Voice calls.
- Resolving the technical issues related to software /hardware for US based clients.
- Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.sales
- Maintaining secrecy of data.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
- Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions and meetings as required.
- Should be able to work in rotational night shifts.
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic knowledge of desktop, laptop technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about Windows troubleshooting. Hands on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
- Printers and other plug and play devices troubleshooting.
- Maintaining strong customer relationship.
- Self-motivated for achieving sales target.
