US IT Technical Bench Sales Recruiter
OPENINGS FOR FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED IT RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Compensation: Attractive Compensation + Incentives
Note: Looking for Immediate Joiner’s only_ Must sign a bond for one year
Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Shift timings: 07:30PM to 04:30PM IST. (from Nov to Feb) | 06:30PM to 03:30AM IST
Role & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment with experience in Bench Sales.
- Should have very strong communication (both written and oral)
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants on Bench.
- Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling.
- Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader.
- Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
- Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc., experience in W2, C2C, and Contract to hire positions.
- Should have convincing skills. Should have time management and negotiation skills.
