Shift Timing - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am ( Night Shift)

Preferred IT & Non-IT recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (GC/Citizen)
Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, Social Media, by emails & phone calls.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Format resumes for Client submissions.
Coordinating candidate for phone and onsite interviews.
Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Education- Candidate should have a bachelors degree in any major.

Any Graduation Required ( B.Tech, B.Pharma , MBA, MCA ,BCA, M.Tech )
