- Experience in recruiting OPT Candidates.
- Hiring with effective hands on experience with various job boards .i.e., Dice, LinkedIn, Monster and other social media Platforms.
- Doing advertisements in job portals and Others.
- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarded.
- Excellent negotiation/relationship management skills over call with candidates.
