Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT and Engineering positions of the client.
  
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information, tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
  
• Candidate should have in depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT and Engineering skills
  
• Should have experience in handling and closing niche skills
  
• Posting vacancies on portals, match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
  
• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  
• Responsible for updating and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
  

Education Qualification: Any Graduate from Recognized University.

Required Skills:

• Ideally looking for some one with 2-4 years of relevant experience Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
  
• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (Understanding requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
  
• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills. Recruiter must having hands on experience in IT (w2 contract/Perm) staffing. Candidate shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation.
  
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle multiple requirements at one time.
