Job Description

• We are looking for Energetic and Aggressive US IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of Bench Sales and Recruitment experience, good communication skills and work ethics, strong organization and time management skills, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  

• Good Vendor Database.
  
•  Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
  
• Maintain ongoing relationships with Clients/Tire-1 Vendors.
  
• Must be able to work in a team.
  
• No Salary bar for Perfect Candidates.
  
• Providing Incentives per placement
  

• Making Sales calls and creating Leads Good with talking to OPT students and explain them career prospects and placing them in projects with aggressive resume marketing.
  
• Posting the ads for candidates Placements.
  
• Strong prospecting and understanding of Sourcing/Screening and Short-listing Profiles Evaluate the client requirement and pre-screen the candidate against those requirements.
  
• Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, head-hunting with minimum Turn-around-Time Negotiating compensation packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits.
  
• Day to day tasks include daily consultant resume submissions to various positions, followup with vendors, co-ordinating client calls with consultants, documentation etc
  
• Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
  
• Enthusiastic result oriented Bench Sales Recruiters.
  
• Who are ability to do 1-3 closures per a month.
  
• Should know End to End recruitment process.
• Posting and advertising the resumes on various job portals & social networking sites.
• Should know how to place H1B, H1B transfers & OPTs on time.
  

• Bachelor's or Similar
  
• Must have good skills operating outlook and mails.
