US/IT Recruiter Jobs in Ahmedabad - VisionTree Ventures Pvt Ltd

Position Requirements:

• At least have graduation degree and preferred candidates with Technical Education Back Ground ( BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, BE etc.. )
  
• Overall 1 to 3 years of IT Recruitment experience in US market. 
  
• Experience on SAP Recruitment will be added advantage.
  
• Experience doing  full-life-cycle of recruitment on  W2 (Permanent), C2C ( Contract ), C2H ( Contract to Hire ) positions of IT professionals for various corporate clients.
  
• Must have experience in full life cycle for placing US Citizen, Green Card Holders, EAD, H1B consultant and H1B transfer consultants.
  
• * Strong negotiation and assessment skills.
  
• * Experience souring through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Hot Jobs to source appropriate candidates for job openings.
  
• Strong experience recruiting through professional networking sites like LinkedIn, FB and search the resumes from Google etc...
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Review and understand job requirements.
  
• Source, Screen, Interview, Evaluate Candidates and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
  
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications and upload candidate on applicant tracking systems.
  
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  
• Format resumes meeting client expectations
  
• Conduct and line up candidate interviews.
  
• Get the post interview feedback, maintain the long term relationship with candidates.
  
• Research new technologies.
