- Role: US IT Recruiter
- No. of Positions: 02
- Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (US EST Time zone) only onsite work, No Remote
- Work Location: Near clock tower, Navketan Complex, Secunderabad
- Experience: 2- 3 years
- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Good candidate sourcing & screening skills. Good phone presence: ability and willing to make 30 to 40 calls per day
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2,1099& Crop to Crop)
- Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate
- Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster,Techfetch and LinkedIn.
- Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
- Willing to work as per US Eastern timings/Night shifts.
