- Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Ensures that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge on US recruitment life cycle.
- An aggressive candidate who will work closely with the Team Lead/Account Manager to gather requirements and responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains
- Coordinate with the Account managers to get feedback on the interviewed candidate.
- Freshers (any graduates)
- Should have excellent communication skills to communicate with US Citizens.
- Good with MS Office
