Location: Bangalore ( JP Nagar - 4th Phase)
Notice period: Immediate Joiners
Package: Best In Industry, attractive incentives.
Shift timing - 8.30PM IST to 5.30AM IST
Skills:
· Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
· Someone who has worked with more W2 and GC candidates is preferred.
· Worked with direct clients & product based company
Experience Needed:
· Experience working in W2, 1099, C2C related tax and visa conversions.
· Strong experience in sourcing profiles through portals like a monster, Naukri, dice, career builder, social networking sites etc.
· Proven performance records for the last 6months and experience working with direct clients is a must.
· Ability to handle niche hiring with minimal guidance.
· Strong in written and verbal communication skills
· Good experience in working on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
· Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
· Strong team player and a leader with a positive mindset to drive results from the team
· An ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
