- Indulge in complete sourcing, identifying potential candidates, generating databases proactively and currently to serve our client's requisitions.
- The IT recruiter amidst Identifying professionals through regular job portals must have exceptional unconventional sourcing techniques
- Would be responsible for posting ads on job boards, blasting the jobs from our ATS to social media.
- Understanding and knowing the technological know-hows and would do a top-notch screening
- Must be responsible for all the activities indulged in and should have complete ownership on the progress of profiles and interviews.
- Must act as a liaison and bridge the gap between the supervisor / team leader and the candidate when the progress occurs.
- Planning their day with / without guidance and producing results consistently on any given day.
- Disciplined, Organized, Energetic, Willingness to learn, Aiming to grow high would be the first level of characters that we look from our organization professionals.
- Minimum 1+ Year of IT recruitment experience from US staffing domain. Or fresher’s
- Sound knowledge on understanding the concepts of W2/C2C/1099 salary basis and state wise knowledge would be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge on Visas in the US.
- TOP NOTCH COMMUNICATION Skills are required (Both Oral & Written)
- Finally, must be willing to work in night-shifts.
- Fresher’s with 4 – 5 years of experience in BPO, also preferred
