RPO unit for Amtex Enterprises Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA
The US IT Recruiter is one with excellent command of English speaking skills who is expected to make regular monthly deals with excellent track record of high quality Vendor / Client submissions on daily basis
Role & Responsibilities
Submission of qualified Resume to Sales team to result in client interviews on a daily basis.
Facilitate entire hiring process from sourcing, conducting interviews to determine eligibility for client review, coordinating interviews, closing the requirement through consultants acceptance of offer.
Ability to work with limited supervision and work as a team with other IT Recruiters
Qualifying Factors
Excellent communicators and achievers with 0-2 years of strong experience US IT Recruitment. Freshers also welcome.
Expertise in recruiting consultants in various IT technologies with minimal supervision.
Dynamic and self-oriented individual with good closure ratings.
Strong working expertise in sourcing resumes from various job portals like Monster, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed and other networking sites.
Expertise in Resume tracking, Prescreening, Rate Negotiating and closing
Good track record in sourcing passive candidates.
Worked extensively on C-C, W2, FT, Contract and C to H positions
Worked with various visa types like Citizen, GC,EAD,H1 and TN
Bachelors degree preferred.
Work Location: Chennai, India
Work Timings: US shift time (Pacific Time Zone) = 8:00 PM IST to 05:00 AM IST
Pay Rate: Indian Salary Commensurate with experience. Performance based Bonus & Incentives/commissions will in addition.
ONLY Tamil Nadu based Candidates preferred.
