Full Time with Balbhas

Perungudi, Chennai

Work Hours: US Shift(work from office)

Principal Accountabilities:

End to End recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and On boarding.
Sourcing candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.)
Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
Closure of positions and ensure quality hiring in the given stipulated time as per the policy or TAT.
Relationship Management Closely work with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and assess job description.
Making sure all documents of candidates are being verified and filed. Maintaining data in the ATS system and master database.
