- Understanding and Analyzing the Job Description shared by the clients.
- Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process individually.
- Knowledge in job portals and social networks - like surfing of database search, job posting etc.
- Strong in Cross Selling and generating lead from the Candidates and Clients.
- Should have good command over English (both Verbal/Written).
