Understanding requirements, candidate sourcing, prospecting, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interview & onboarding.

Sourcing from job portals, making job postings on the Job Portal. Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good command in verbal and written communication Skills. English (Preferred).
Negotiation Skills.
