location: Ekkaduthangal, Chennai
- Experience:
6 month to 4 yrs
- Good
Experience in total recruitment process life cycle using teams both in US and
India.(gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening,
candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)
- Good
expertise on sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp
and social media networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Excellent
understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
- Solid
understanding on various Visa status and Tax terms (C2C, w2 and 1099)
- Strong
written and verbal communication, inter personal skills and ability to work
independently.
- Willing to
work in Night shifts , and also should be able to commute by your own vehicle
- Positive
attitude and flexibility to learn is must.
