Job Description
- 1 to 8+ years of experience in Technical recruiting in a consulting or recruiting agency.
- Experience recruiting IT Professionals including but not limited to Software Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Technical PMs, Business Analysts, QA Analysts, Network Engineers, SharePoint Developers and .Net Engineers.
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing and hiring experienced Professionals per clients requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive recruiting goals in a fast pace environment.
- Understanding of SDLC and Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written.
- Possess Technical and Behavioural screening skills.
- Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster combined along with existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services.
- Must be comfortable for US EST and PST business hours.
- Team player and ability to work without direction, ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
- Be responsible and accountable for the assigned work
