Job Description

Position: HR Associate – Technical Recruiter (Level 1)

Job Description/Skills Requirement:

The essential duties of an associate involve every day closure of client requirements VIZ., sourcing, screening and submitting prospective candidates and make sure SLA’s are met within stipulated time cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understanding requirements from clients and frame required criteria for a search
Navigate job portals to find candidates for the specified job
Screen a candidate for all requisite details as specified by the client or manager
Follow up with submitted candidates and client until the closure of requirements
Maintains resource level communication with the client

Requirements:

Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Customer centric approach
Basic IT knowledge
Strong MS Office skills

Eligibility:

Any graduate with an inclination to customer service and recruitment can apply
Must be proficient in English and must be willing to work U.S. shifts
