- We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Management Group.
- The job of a Technical Recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the Recruiter also reviews, reformats and presents resumes to the reporting manager.
- Effective Sourcing, Search Strings, Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting: Understating the JD, Sourcing, Screening, scheduling for the interview process, and follow-up with the candidates for assigned the job.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Should have excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Should have negotiation skills.
