- Experience in all phases of the entire hiring cycle, from writing job requisitions, placing jobs on-line, interviews, negotiating offers.
- Excellent short listing and negotiation skills and good team player.
- Placing advertisements on Various Job Portals as per requirements of clients.
- Short-listing candidates as per the skill specifications and matrix given by client.
- Understanding the client recruitment needs and meeting their requirements with good response time.
- Good Knowledge on us Tax TERMS like 1099 w2 cop to cop
- Good Knowledge on us visa status .
