Job Description
- Minimum 1 to 3 years
of experience in US/Domestic Recruitment
- Should have extensive experience in full recruitment life cycle—sourcing,
coordinating, Interviews scheduling and hand-holding/follow-up of the final
selected candidate, until joining.
- Experience sourcing resumes through internal databases, job portals,
references, professional social media like LinkedIn, etc.
- High Comfort level with niche hiring/headhunting & critical search
assignments at low to senior levels
- Experience working on diversified job requirements in any one of the
following industry: Manufacturing /Life Sciences/ Pharma/ Healthcare/ Medical
Equipment and etc.
- Experience in thorough reviews of JDs & flagging the gaps well within
timelines—to ensure the deliverable timelines are adhered to OR bettered.
- Willingness to learn & continuously discover along the way…technologies.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reporting
- Must be willing to work in night shifts
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth
goals.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s Degree.
