- Job Title: US Recruiter
- Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
- Job Type : Full Time
- Looking for immediate joiners, who can join us
with in a week.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from
US based clients
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting:
interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice,
Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion
ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Responsible for Strategy Development process
which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
- Validation of Resumes for experience and
verification of work status
Desired Candidates:
- Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in US recruitment
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be from US recruitment background
- Must be a quick thinker
- Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099)
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
- Note: no cab facility
- Job location will be in Mehdipatnam Hyderabad
