Responsibilities and Duties
* Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various
skillset as per the job specifications.
* Understanding the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling.
* Sourcing the right candidate for the right Job at the right Time.
* Rate Negotiation with the
Candidates.
* Conducting initial interviews
by phone to determine experience and skill level.
* Closing the requirement
