Skills Needed:
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
- Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
- Experience Needed:
- 0 to 4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches like Monster, Dice, Carreer Builder, indeed etc.
- Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,).
- Timings 7 PM to 4 AM, 8 PM to 5 AM.
