Job Description:
- We are Hiring Freshers for the role of IT Recruiters – US IT Staffing – Night Shift @ Techgene Solutions.
- As a Recruiter you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify the candidates for IT positions.
- Also review and present resumes to Team Leads / Hiring Managers / Account Manager.
- Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
- Should be able to maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Review and understand technical job requirements.
- Research on new technologies.Follow up with candidates.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
- Self-confidence and self-starter.
- Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
