Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the
Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
Search resumes in various available Job Portals
Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placement.
Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.

Individuals must be able to communicate well with the team.
Must be energetic, innovative and, ready to go the extra length to make a difference.
Comfortable to work in night shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
