- Job Title: Walk-in Fresher,s/Exp US IT Recruiter - Kanpur
- Experience: 0 - 3 years
- Location: Kanpur
- Work Shift: Night Shift
- Should be experienced and comfortable working on W2 / C2C roles.
- Should be very comfortable in screening the candidates from various job boards.
- Well versed with US recruitment operations.
- Should have excellent understanding of all the US tax terms and visa status
- Should have a good understanding of technical requirements.
- Good knowledge about US Geography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittal into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
