Required US IT Recruiter at Ayant Software Pvt. Ltd.
- We are looking for US IT Recruiter who can understand the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling, Sourcing the right candidate for the right JOB at the right Time & Good Communication and Writing Skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Someone who is smart and has good written and verbal English communication skill is good enough.
- Experience: 0 - 5 years
- Shift Timing : 7:30pm to 4:30am (Night Shift) with pickup and drop, good incentive plan
- Working Days : Monday to Friday
- Salary - No Bar for deserving candidate. Inline with the industry
