- Immediate opening for US IT Recruitment Process ( Recruiters Trainee—BTech Fresher’s with IT/CS/ECE/EEE welcome ),Recruiters / Sr recruiters / Lead recruiters / Account managers / Business Development Managers for Saltlake sector 5 Kolkata—Night shift
- We’re looking for our US IT recruitment operation in Saltlake sector 5 Kolkata for the following positions
- Recruiters Trainee—Fresher’s ( BTech(IT/CS/ECE/EEE) / BCA/MCA/BSC-CS/IT/MSC-CS/IT welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage Candidates & Clients conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build good rapport with candidate & client
- Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
- Candidate should be excellent in reading & writing skills.
- Candidates should be ready to work 5 days. (Holidays on weekend)
- Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts as per business requirement for International process
- Job Location: Salt lake sector 5 Kolkata –Night shift –Five day’s a week
- Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Like “Dice, Monster, carrier Builder, Indeed, Techfetch etc.
- Contacting candidates and qualifying them on Skills Vs experience, area of Interest, Geographic location in US and Visa types etc. and candidates commitment towards work.
- Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidate submission for our clients various vertical Projects.
- Complete analysis of candidates current/previous project and responsibility undertaken.
- Building good relationship and reputation with each candidate for long term association.
- Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.
- Appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate.
- Sending daily performance report to the Account manager.
- Active participation in Technical training, employee engagement and self-development Program.
